CareConnectMe was started by experienced mental health nurses and nursing home managers
who specialise in dementia care. A strong grasp of the issues regarding care that many elderly
and vulnerable people and their families face today help us to provide a practical and
innovative service for those most in need.
We are happy to provide support and help to anyone trying to cope with the effect
that age related issues such as dementia can have on the individual and their loved ones.
Central to our company ethos is a financial commitment to charitable causes and a
significant percentage of annual profits are donated to the organisations we support.
Charities that we work with include: Dementia UK, NSPCC, Mary's Meals and The Children's Trust
